Good afternoon Montanan, MT_Sourdough, dpe, Southpaw, Forster, Atlaw, pab1, newstart2k, Skunk, kitchawan kid, lurker, CJ, Bilmac, thxmrgarand, Syncerus, Mcwoodduck, Brennemanj83, Old Shooter,TY22, Canon6, burntmuch, Grimjim, CJ, Bilmac, rparsons934 wis_sharpshooter, BBF and Blue Duck.

It's 57 degrees, overcast and breezy today.  It might be a good day to cast some bullets.

I had the house to myself when I got up.  The dogs weren't waiting by door for me to let them out. Once I got them out out the kennels they went out did their duty and came back in and got in there kennels and went back to sleep.  They are a little wore out from oall the gopher chasing they did yesterday.  All three of them finally got up about a half hour ago and and jumped up and the couch and crapped out.  Wife, she still isn't up.

Blue Duck, are you sure you don't really live in Montana?  Couple of years ago some fellows were driving along the U.S.-Canada border and found that the border was wrong.  The real line was 1/4 mile further north.  The Town of Coutt's Alberta was realy south of the line described in Treaties as the border. The authroities decided to to just accept the line where it was.

Good Morning Montana!

We are supposed to have a nice sunny day in NE Wisconsin, but I'm sitting here in limbo waiting for the off and on rain to stop for good before I head out to the range. I'd go shoot in the rain and wind, but I'm trying to test some loads and I'd like at least close to ideal conditions for that. Guess I shouldn't hold my breath for near ideal conditions. This is after all, Wisconsin weather I'm talking about here.

At any rate though, you fine folks have a great day; even if I don't end up going shooting, I'll think of something that makes my day a good one. ;)

Well the day started perfect . Then .....Opps , clouds , wind , no gopher outing today . But I did get 5 acres of yard mowed !   ;D

I'm still waiting for the nice day when the gophers have priority over all other jobs . My Browning T-Bolt in 17HMR needs to be broke in . I picked up 2 spare 10 round clips so am ready for the hot and heavy . @ $45 ea the clips consumed quite a bit of ammo money ..... :'(

Got a bit of junk to clean out of the yard , don't know how I became such a pack rat  , it just happened . ::)

hope you all have a great day ...

8:45 it's still 79* here in Billings :-*.  A beautiful day here, didn't get much done today except mount 2 scopes, and spend 5 hr at the range, after being Mr. Cabdriver.  Took 2 of our Philippina girls out to shoot and they had a great time.  They shot 22's, 22 mag, 22 Hornet, 223, 380, 357 (rifle), 7-30 Waters and each took 4 shots with my new 35 Rem.  We hadn't even started loading up and they were both wanting to go shooting again.  It's pretty hard for them to get the ok from their government to own firearms.  Hope the hell my grandkids get to enjoy the shooting sports, and we don't loose it all.  DP
