Just got a new barrel put on. Fairly quick, about 5 weeks. Youth 223 on synthetic stock. Very light and short, kinda cute.

The barrel is a 1 in 12 twist despite what everyone said.
Williams sight. hard to get down on the stock enough to used it right, may have to change sights.
Ejector too.

Hope it handles 60+ grain bullets, that's what I wanted.

you will probably have trouble with bullets over 60 grains.  Use the shortest ones possible (no boat tail) and push them as fast as is safe in that rifle.  1-12 is optimal with 45-50 grain at .223 velocities.

I have good luck with my 223 ultra varmint with the 70 grain speer semi spitzer using Reloader 15 powder, and my gun is a 1-12 twist. funny thing is that this is the only bullet over 55 grains that it will shoot accurate.
