Leupold model 3 rings

I have a set of 2 piece bases for model 99 Savage (MODEL 3 BASE) Does anyone know where I can find a set of rings?
They were made late 1950's-Early 1960's--HELP

I am not familiar with the model 3 base and rings.....are those the "detacho" systems?

If you look on ebat---under vintage Leupold, they have the bases for a model 70 winchester,  they use the same # 3 rings. THANK YOU
