Anyone have the Glockworx Ultimate Fulcrum Trigger?
« on: January 15, 2009, 06:45:00 AM »
After seeing this kit on the outdoor channel (shooting USA I think). I went ahead and ordered one for my model 34. Was wondering if anyone has tried it and how they like it. i ordered the target trigger. ;D

Well, I thought since I am the only one who has it apparently that I would go ahead and respond now that I have installed it and used it.  All I can say is WOW, it really changes the trigger dynamics, Very light (ABOUT 2 LBS) and very short reset compared to the glock factory 4.5 lb. trigger. If you are having trouble with accuracy due to trigger pull problems, this is definitely for you.

I just read about this on the Glockworx site and assume it comes with a warning not to use it for a carry gun, right?

I have not used the Fulcrum Trigger, but I'm sure it has the warning Keith referred to. I have seen the same warning on the 3.5 connectors.

What is the difference between the $250 model and the $180 model?

$70----------------------Sorry Keith! Just couldn't pass that one up!!   ;D

Actually it looks like the 250 job is the "Trigger Kit". The one for $180 appears to be the trigger only. At least that was my take on it. The web site is about as close as I'm likely to get-------------- ::)

I bought mine for a carry gun, and even though I practice with a lone wolf barrel if we ever get carry here in Wisconsin the stock barrel will go back in.  I don't need a Glock that only goes to the range.  So I guess I have an extra $250 to spend on something...

Yup! I paid $250. But after all you get what you pay for. The ultimate kit comes with the striker and spring. I have 5 glocks and I don't carry the 34. I use it strickly for IDPA and training classes/range use. I usually carry a 23 or 22 for self defense.
