New Handi family member
« on: February 07, 2009, 04:40:17 PM »
A guy I work with has been wanting to get his son a rifle. For the last six months I have been telling him to get him a Handi. He called me last night and said he got one in 7mm-08 and Leupold VX-1. Calls me this evening and in his words "This thing is sweet" Said he run 40 rounds in it and his best group was just a tad over an inch. He may have caught the fever now. ;D

As Kangaroo Jack would say, "Nice!"
Holahead, Great job on bringing another into the Handiholic fold.

I talked two friends into buying Handi 204 cal in the last two weeks.  Yesterday one of them shot a 3" group @ 300yd. with 32gr Hornadys after only 34 shots through the barrel.  Think he was happy? We are having the time of our lives with this little rifle as well as being hard on the yote population. :)

Another one infected! ;D  The 7mm-08 is a sweet one to get for all around purposes and it seems to follow the parent(308) on being accurate.  DP
