Odd that one would broadcast evidence of one's stupidity.

KABAR2, I'd seen that middle vid before, but that last one amazes me, it's a minor miracle that that contraption didn't blow apart, the breech block (or whatever it should be called) looked to be an end-cap with a section of pipe screwed into it. Those were some extremely lucky clowns standing by the side of the test range on that day.
RIP John. While on vacation July 4th 2013 in northern Wisconsin, he was ATVing with family and pulled ahead of everyone and took off at break-neck speed without a helmet. He lost control.....hit a tree....and the tree won.  He died instantly.

Here's the Wyoming back fire:

Whatta ya know, I've had a 'cannon' similar to that one right here under my nose next to the 'puter for five years and didn't even know it...

I rekun it would do well with about 100 grains of Bullseye and a lead ball.

And lookie here - its big brother hiding in the corner behind my mortar ammo boxes. I've got cannons sprouting up like mushrooms around here...

TNT is hard to get at the local gun shop............. 9/11 and all that.........

And an answer to your question about Pyrodex it is a black powder substitute with burn rate that is about the same as BP,
the problem with Pyrodex is it must be compacted and likes percussion rather than other forms of ignition, you still have
to clean the same as using BP.
