Remington model 12 parts?

A local pawn shop has a model 12 that I could walk out the door with for $225. Barrel and action appear to be in good shape. Normal stock finish and bluing wear that one would expect. The rub is that it is missing the front sight and does not have the correct rear sight. Anyone know where to start looking for the sights? Besides being neat little guns this was the first .22 model I ever shot when I was five years old.
