Beretta Thunder/Marshall...same gun?

Beretta use to make a Stampede single action with a 3 1/2 inch barrel and a bird heads grip called the Thunder. I noticed that they now have a "Marshall" model that looks like the Thunder. Did Beretta just change the name? I want to buy one but want to make sure I'm buying the right one. Many thanks!

They had to change the name.  Colt had a trademark registration on the name 'Thunderer'.  44 Man
