Help needed fast....243 ??

Can I tell at a quick glance if a 243 barrel is standard contour, bull, or Ultralite?  (Ok, bull should be easy to identify, but is the only other difference in barrel length or is it stamped on the barrel)

I know, dumb question, but I'm debating picking one up after work but am apprehensive given all the negative here about the 243's accuracy.

Barrel contour measurements are listed in the FAQs,  bull barrels are ~.800" at the muzzle.

There is no problem with 243 accuracy, it is all in matching gun and bullet. My 243 barrel was obtained for my wife and grandson to shoot, so I wanted light loads.My chosen load is a 80 grain corelok bullet and 39 grains of IMR 4350, which should be at about 2900 fps I think, making it close to light 250 Savage load range. It shoots under an inch.
