Savage 210 and Timney triggers
« on: October 01, 2008, 02:31:23 PM »
Does anyone know specifically which model trigger fits the Savage 210 slug gun? I looked at the Timney site and was unsure of the proper model. While I'm on the subject, do they have one that would fit a Knight DISC Elite?
Many thanks.

I called Timney directly and they said they don't make a trigger for the 210 or the disc elite. Does anyone know of a drop in trigger, or do I have to have the pull set by a gunsmith? If a gunsmith does it, how do I know what a good pull weight would be?

you can get there factory trigger down to about three pounds, i would not want it any lighter than that for hunting

Just as an FYI, I emailed Timney last year and they told me that their triggers for the Model 110 WILL WORK with the Model 210.
