Color of Laminate for Stainless

I have a SS Ruger MK II in 350 mag and thinking on getting a thumbhole laminate for it,,  I know it is personal preference but what colors have any of you seen that looks the best..

I have a brown laminated stock from boyds on my howa 1500 ss,i like the look of it.

I have a coffee colored stock on a stainless 10/22. Not laminated, but color looks pretty good with the stainless look.

I like a silver stock on stainless, my encore 209/50 and my rem 700 both in stainless have a silver laminate thumbhole stock. Although my 11-87 is black with a silver laminate thumbhole stock and it looks pretty cool too. Maybe I just like the stock.

I"m a big fan of the brown/coffee style laminates myself.  The "pepper" laminate isn't too bad though.  The ones I really just don't get though are the ones with blue/purple/pink or other bright type colors.  I suppose some people like them otherwise they'd not make them, but I certainly don't see the appeal.

I've found a nutmeg and a pepper laminate  thumbhole in my fun money range,  found a couple other colors on e-bay that were but after I  e-mailed  the guy and suggested his shipping was just a tad bit high for just a stock he up the price of the stock  $15 and left his shipping at $20 also.

  Love the laminates, well most of 'em.  Can't say i like the far too common brown (coffee) one much and the grey/black which was once my favorite is becoming too common now too.  It is my chocie for stainless though.

I have a gray one on my Marlin 17vs  Looks nice with stainless. Also bought a Ruger No 1 SS in 45-70 with their laminate   See my pic. I like both ."Differant strokes for differant folks" My 2 cents  Rick

This place has a lot of colors I think the tigerwood looks nice and so many others I have been having thesame problem picking a color
