sandwitch bags

i have a lot of soft baits and some have melted and cause a mess. can i store them in sandwitch bags to keep that from happing?

You must have an old plastic tackle box or maybe let them contact a bobber. They put some kind of oil on soft bait that melts hard plastics. Putting them in sandwich bags will work but if it is your tackle box that they are melting too you probably ought to bite the bullet and modernize. The worms won't melt the new plastic boxes.

all my gear or most is new, they were melting to my spoons and bobbers. I keep some of the bigger lures in sandwich bags becuase of this. it just there so many lures in there some get put with the soft and they melt to them.
