It's a CZ-52 range cleaning kit for use when shooting corrosively primed mil-surp ammo:
-Barrel takedown tool... also good for firing pin removal
-Dedicated cleaning rod w/stainless brush and patch jag
-Ammonia based solvent for neutralizing corrosive salts (Windex), gun oil & patches
-Small enough to always keep in pistol case for range visits
