My son and I are going the last week of May thru the first week of June we were both lucky enough to have been drawn for limited entry grizzly tags for the spring season.

We'll also have black bear tags but will only shoot a black bear if it is over 6 1/2'...

My son will be carrying a Rem 700 LSS 375RUM loaded with 300gr Swift A-Frames @ 2775fps and I am taking my 2 T/C Contender carbines in 375JDJ loaded with 260gr Accubonds @ 2300fps & 45-70 with 300gr Alpha Lafrank Spitzer's @ 1850fps or 425gr Beartooth Piledriver Jr's @ 1700fps.

We're in British Columbia, Canada and will be hunting north of Fort St James near the Nation Lake chain.

Got the fever too!  Headed to New Brunzwick last week of May.  This will be my 8th Spring in a row with the same outfitter.  Always had a terrific time.  Spend April and May watching the weather up there and hoping the ice will be out and the snow gone. Can't wait!

Going out tomorrow, will be looking for a bear.  I don't care either Grizzly or Black, will shoot either, or both.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.
