There's a BC looking lonely on that gun rack

Had to turn my BC out to pasture.    Even with the diopter tang sight, I could see it wasn't going to work for me.  Old eyes I guess.   Have to recycle for something else to make noise.  Maybe I'll just wait to see what this new Remington deal brings.  Gotta be some new rounds rolling our way.

Will that bow kill an elk?     Sure.....but arrows are much more effective.

Slap a 1 X 4 power scope on it. That's what I did.

Not a problem with the rifle,  only the rifleman.   can't use glass.  least not in that game

Took it back to where I bought it.  I would have liked to send it to a new home here via the classifieds, but a bit too much hassle via FFL.   Besides it cleared off the ultra that is at the H&R hospital for a transplant.   I would have liked to have converted to another caliber, but that didn't seem quite right.  The BC is a pretty "sharp" rifle as is.  So she's back on the rack, showing that long barrel to some other simple shooter.
