Remington 541 magazines?

  Howdy fellas,

       Any of you 541 owners know where to get decent mags? I have a 5 and a 10 round polymer, the 10 round just spits the cartridges out after loading 6 or 7. No problems with the 5 round yet, but can't find any more. The rifle is a pristine U.S. 541 X Target and I'd hate to get rid of it due to lack of good magazines. Thanks for your help.

The Remington Nylon 77 mags will fit the 541T. These are 10 shot mags.

Go over to  rimfirecentral.com this comes up quite frequently over there, there is another Remington that has a mag that works, might be the 77 mentioned, just can't remember...Some guys have found them recently at Gander Mt...I got lucky and found a local gun store that had 4-5 so I bought them out...The 5 rounders are the ones that are hard to find...

Nylon 77, Mohawk 10C  and Remington 581 clips are the same the 541 clips.

Reb is correct. The most common is the 5 shot mag. Plastic factory mag. buy several.
