custom barrel for handi rifle?

does anyone know of anyone making custom barrels for the handi rifle i'm looking to make a barrel in the 256 winchester magnum.

Sounds interesting!
Seems like a re-bore/re-chamber of an existing barrel might be the shortest (least expensive) route ... on a Hornet bbl?
