How do you pronounce Tikka? Sako?

Is it "I" like in ice or in itch? Is it "a" like in ache or in autumn? I'm not Scandanavian .

I pronounce "tikka" as tea-kah and "sako" as sah-ko.  I was told I was mispronouncing sako when I pronounced it like the watch brand, so now I say it like I am japanese. LOL
