Where can I find a dealer who handles the new Remington "perch belly"skinner blades with olive wood grips?

I assume you mean the Remington Elite Skinner knives.  While I found them listed at the official Remington site, they must be really new since I couldn't come across one in the search of online stores  I did.  You may have better luck searching under that name.
