Scope ring height

I am going to be mounting a Nikon prostaff 3x9x40 on my 45/70.I want to get the Burris signature Zee rings but i don't know what height rings to get.I am going to have to order them being that there is not a place locally to get them.Does anyone have this setup & might be able to tell me what height rings i will need?

Medium most likely, here's a pic of an older Buckmasters mounted in em, it's almost identical to the Prostaff, the new one has a bit different power ring tho, if not, you can always remove the tip of the hammer spur with a dremel.
