sorry, but my sigma 40 shoots ...
« on: February 18, 2008, 03:24:28 PM »
and shoots and shoots no matter what i  put in the mag.

really didn't want it, but my son really wanted one of my shotguns and offered the .40 s&w for it.

it's too big for concealed carry as far as i'm concerned, but it's a dandy house and car gun.

just can't see what all the negative talk is about. maybe i just got a good 'un.

gotta say i really like this glock-copy.

I'm not sure about all the negative comments, either. I think most are from people who don't own Sigmas and just can't bring themselves to admit they are as good as they are. The trigger takes some getting used to, but if you have ever shot DA revolvers you know what to expect. Mine is the 9mm version and it has never had a failure of any kind. I would buy a .40 now if they had a compact version. Enjoy yours.

They are made of plastic, and they do have a heavy trigger, but they SHOOT!

I love mine.  One of the most reliable guns I own.

Try a Crossbreed holster.   Their SuperTuck holster is just what the MD ordered. . . . .

I'm getting one for my Sigma .40 as soon as I "clear" the funds. . .   ;)

I second that, THEY SHOOOOOT! I had no problems with the trigger as all i have ever really shot are D/A revolvers. I was a little hesitant about getting mine but with the deal they are offering. 279.99 with 4 HI cap mags. I just had to give it a gamble, and I think it to be an awesome gun. When I first got it I went through a tactical firearms class for Law Enforcement in the dirt and sand and fired over 500 rounds all the glock guys I went with made fun of me but by the end when it had not a single failure I think it opened a few of their eyes. I do have to say I was very surprised by the sig guys as their were quite a few failures...?!?! I thought they were great guns but I have my reservations now. But thats for another thread. Anyone thinking about buying one DO IT. At least the new models that is.
