Pro Hunter Black Recoil Absorbing Stock ?

  Anyone using an Encore with the black recoil absorbing stock?  T/C's web site claims a 43% reduction in recoil which sounds impressive. Encores are lighter than most other rifles and recoil more. Wondering is this new stock works as advertised?
