Enough Swiss 1.5G, droptubed, plus a .060" Walters wad to provide about 1/8 inch of compression when you seat the bullet. Fed. 215 LR primer.  Bullet will depend on if your rifle is a single shot or lever gun, and the twist rate. The Lee 250 gr. is a good all round design but too light for silhouette. Good lever gun and hunting bullet though.
"Give me a lever long enough, and a place to stand, and I'll break the lever."

Jacket or Cast bullets? Hodgden has load data on both in their annual manual. you can also get it online. While there is not much data for Varget, Handloader magazine had some in there Dec-Jan '09 issue, start at 28.0 gr to max. 34.0 gr. with 250 cast. Ken Waters Pet Loads also offers load data. CRAH87
