IIRC, all those were made on the FN update of the original Mauser 98 action, and are CRF (controlled round feed), having Mauser's typical long extractor claw.
The only "Belgian" Browning boltgun I recall being different was the smallbore, with the "pencil" barrels. Those had Sako actions, rebranded by Browning - but I don't think they were made in a Safari Grade.
