The answer to that question is one of those, maybe, maybe not things. CZ uses "spacers", in their stocks, but from my experience, they don't necessarily contact the action, and floorplate. They are probably in there though.
If they do not contact the action, and floorplate, a bit of glass bedding can insure that they do! Typically, the 6.5 Swede in that rifle is a great shooter!
