Thinking about getting a .243, found one in the NEF 22" bull barrel.
I wanted to know what ya'll think between that and the 24" ultra varmint?

Given the choice, I'd take the 24" barrel over the 22" bull barrel, although they both shoot very well, just depends on whatcha want to do with it, the 22" would be more user friendly for a carry rifle as would the standard contour. You also have the choice of the fluted 24" Ultra Varmint barrel.

I have the 243 heavy barrel / w laminated wood i love the gun but it is really HEAVY,,
