Missed a chance with the 45/70 he was way to far to shoot. Lucked up two weeks later and took him with 300mag. Good size for our lease in south Miss.. 198 lbs. on certified scales.

Good looking buck.. They don't get that heavy in Florida 120-140...like shooting big dogs

Thanks to all for the compliments,at my age I don't know if I'll get another one this good. I hunted a cut-over next to a 400 acre field for four straight days before he messed up and I got a 200yd shot.
