Mercury recoil reducer

Has anyone tried one of the mercury tubes to help with recoil.

I've used em in a 45-70 and 500 S&W rifles, they work better than an equal amount or more dead weight, best price I've found is at MPC.

I use one in my O/U for trap shooting.  It makes a major difference in felt recoil.

Thank you guys for your input. I ordered a Breako skeet model today, this one is suppose to fit right in my Graco length of pull adjustable butt plate hardware. It will be hear on Wed. 8/22 and I shoot Trap and Trap Doubles this night and 5 Stand on Sun. and will post again. Thank you again.

Shooting last night with the recoil reducer was nice, ever since I had to adjust my butt pad down the gun would hit me in the face. The breako cure this but added some weight to the overall gun, this worked out for me because after shortening the length of pull the gun balanced to far forward.
