I know that through the 13 years of hunting with disability hasn't been easy but with help even the most severe disability can be over come and that ANYONE can enjoy the outdoors thanks to modern technology and a lil willpower. I hunt deer, dove and Turkeys mostly out of portable blinds and a custom 5'X 12' trailer with 3 ft shooting rails on the side

There is an organization that occasionally posts stories and photos on texasboars.com that may be of interest here. You may want to consider a sticky with contact info for organizations that help out hunters with disabilities. Most are geared toward children, but some may find the info handy.

Good idea for a forum! I can no longer hunt myself, but I am still an active shooter. I can't tolerate  strong recoil, so for years I've been limited to 22s and 223. I've started buying molds for casting my own rifle bullets with the plan to develop reduced loads for cast bullets. I kept my center fire rifles with the intention of letting my sons inherit them. Now I am making plans to shoot them myself.

 I shoot from the bench with a rifle and I can stand and shoot handguns for about a half hour some days.
