have 26" blue sidekick(tight bore) shoot 209, 300 SST , 2X 50gr(100) pyro pellets - will 3 X30gr(90) pellets change accuracy? , also is new winchester ML 209 (black) better choice?

The only way to tell for sure is to shoot it. You will probably only hit slightly higher. Since your using pellets I'd stay with the hotter primers. The black T7's are reduced power to help lessen the crud build up of T7.
