Superlight 223 ammo experience

I just obtained a 223 in superlight and was wonder if anyone has any
experience
with these and what ammo
they
recommend. I am not set up to reload yet so I need inexpensive off the shelf stuff.

.223 Superlight barrels are all 1:12", they haven't made any 1:9" yet, when they run out of the current batch, it will be changed to 1:9".
For ammo, I'd try the usual suspects, 40gr-55gr, UMC, Ultramax and Black Hills.
