I lay all the new brass on a paper towel with the necks facing me, then use Hornady One Shot spray, twice, one run down the line to get the inside and outside of the neck, then another run on the body of the case, let em dry for a minute or two, then roll the entire row of brass 180º and repeat on the other side. Then I full length resize em, then trim em to the length of the shortest of the bunch just enough to clean up the case mouth. Not everyone does the trimming until after the first firing, I do because there's no way for each piece to be the same if you don't, specially if you crimp, new brass varies a lot in length, by as much as .003"-.005", if you don't trim, bullet pull won't be the same for each round.... at least that's my opinion, anyway.

I use a Lyman Universal trimmer I bought on Ebay for $20 for my .204, I cut a .22 cal pilot down to .20 cal in my drill press with a file, for everything else, I use a Lee trimmer in a cordless drill when I can. I also bought the power adapter for the Lyman trimmer so I could run it with a drill, I also use it for my .45-120 brass which is a lot of work hand cranking it!!
