Physically possible yes, a smart thing to do? Not in my opinion. I know of one TC .22LR barrel done that way long ago and without a reamer so it was a bit of a butcher job. It never came apart but a lot of the cases did leak gases.
One (name with held cuz he's banned from this site) person who claims to be a TC expert and gunsmith used to do it all the time.
But the thing to consider is that the .22LR is .001" smaller in diameter so it has to increase pressures. No those pressures won't be a problem for the gun but might for the case. Do you want cases to be coming apart that close to your eyes? I don't.
