williams firesights

I posted this question in the ML forum but got no response. maybe someone here can answer my question.
 I have a Huntsman that was made in '04 with fiber optic sights. I don't think these are the williams sights. they sit quite high on the barrel. I was wondering about getting some williams sights but need to know if they sit lower on the barrel, which is what I want. Also, if I do get a set of these, do they fit right into the existing mounting holes.
