almost time

one more week of deer gun season here in oklahoma, then it;s time to get these dogs back in the woods. my dogs are as ready as i am. seems like a month since we have been out. all the old dogs are healed up good and we have some very good young dogs ready to go.ready to catch some piggys ;D ;)

Sounds like Oklahoma just got a heck of a winter storm that dumped some snow on you. Do you/will you hunt wild hogs in snow conditions there? Just curious .... because I have been boar hunting once and would like to do it again in the winter time with snow on the ground .... and with a handgun .... I think.

winter is the prime hunting for us, as long as it;s not so bad as we can;t drive. the dogs do alot better when its cold and scent stays longer with moisture in the ground. the handgun will be fine.let us know ,will be glad to have you. curdog

Hmmm...hunting hogs in the snow with dogs.  Sounds cold and fun.  You gonna wear your Santa Hat too?  No such conditions here in the Dismal Swamp.  Dogs would be good though as it is thick as pea-soup. Good Luck.  Kill 'em all.
