Is the standard B/C Carbelite stock, not the Medalist stock, solid or hollow like other synthetic stocks? Looking for a solid (and that includes the butt section!!!) synthetic for my .308 Howa 1500 that is big $$$$. Thanks.

Typo on my post.

Well I would have to say price wise the Bell & Carlson is the way to go. Of coarse McMillan is the best but they also cost the most. The B&C is a good stock for the money.
