Best Place to Purchase a Howa Barreled Action?

I think I would like to buy one of these in short action and then fit it to an accurate innovations laminate stock with the bedding block.  Where is the best place to find the barreled action?  I have a local dealer with his ffl that will transfer very reasonable.

For what you would give for a barreled action it would probably be just as cheap to buy the whole rifle and then put the stock up for sale on e-bay to  recoup some of your money.  :money:

Try this website. They have Howa barreled actions from about $350.00 to $550.00.------Legacy Sports International------Couldn't get link to post. :D

The Howa 1500 has been selling in Houston for $299.   I paid a little more than that a couple years ago and it has been a great hunting rifle.

Got a 7mmMag Howa/Vanguard at Wally World and just put a B&C Medalist (full aluminum bedding block) stock ;D on it. SWEET!
