I was at the local gun shop where i use to work today and found an awsome deal on a 300 savage lever action for $250. I checked the bore out it is in excellent shape, i mean it looks reallllly good. as for the stock it looks kinda beat up but there is no serial number on it at all i checked the thing out for about an hour and could not find a single number on it except on the barrel where it says 300 Savage. Anyone got any clue as to how this might be and if i got ripped off or not
