700 Hubel Express??

Has the 700 Hubel Express came out yet?

I'm not sure about the 700 HE but the 700 AHR is. I'm designing several cast bullets for the .685 behemoth. American Hunting Rifles is making rifles in 700 AHR.

Yes we got it out. We have tested 700HE in test barrel with  screw-on
breech setup.  Many powders and 1000gr , 825gr bullets.
It is true 700 cal. We have a shortened 3.25" version guys wanted tested,
chambered in a reworked Enfield. And testing powders and loads now.
It  is a true 700 also. Reason I mention that, other brand is only .685" cal.
Two companies are working to build PH action to take our 700H 3.25.
Top load with 700HE long case is 1000gr over 3100 fps, and so far in
shorter one 825gr at 2500 and 1000 gr at 2100. The shorter one in Enfield has pressures kept down
as I changed it to a rear lug action so the big cases would feed.Here is pic of Enfield..

Do you think there is much demand for some cast bullets for the 700 HE? I might be interested in designing some.

Not yet, but really trying to get the demand up for all types of
bullets in 700; Once Mcgowen and/or MRC gets productioin
of the PH actions going. I hope to see more 700HEs long  and
short versions,  than all 700NEs, 600NEs, AHRs big ones, Nyatis, and
Trexs all put together. For plinking and deer/hog hunting
hard cast will be fine, as I showed with the Dixie hardened
12ga slugs being able to take more than punkin roller
1000 fps velocities.Ed

kdcustom, I have a 700 AHR coming in  early december. What bullets have you got developed for Wayne in the .685 dia so far. thanks ken

Can I still do a 700 HE on the State Arms Action.  If i remember right just a barrel change???

Matt-- The  State Arms will do just fine, just a barrel change.
As well as other BMG actions or AR BMG uppers.Ed
