Remington custom shop

Would a rifle from Remington's custom shop have a premium barrel or is it all just eye candy ? Thanks for any information ------Ron

They used to install button rifled barrels, not hammer forged, that were lapped. 

You would have to ask them what's current no matter what they did in the past, such things can change daily.
