Where to get scope base?

Besides through NEF, where can I get a scope base/rail? I'm going to put a 1.5-4x on my 45-70 barrel but don't know what will work with the barrel. Thanks.

You only have one non NEF/H&R choice, the Weaver #82 which isn't a very good choice in comparison due to the limited mounting slots and the rear slot position.
