Browning blow ups?

I was over on 24 hour campfire and someone mentioned that there had, somewhat recently, been a couple of Browning rifle barrel blowups. Anybody heard anything about it? True/false , old news/recent?

I'm pretty sure it was titka, they had a recall out on some of there guns, and my friend had one of the guns that blew up. Titka replaced his gun and scope for free, thats the least they could have done if you ask me.
