S&W 940 ejection problems

A friend picked up a S&W 940 recently and though is happy with the accuracy and concealbility, has been having non stop problems with ejecting empties from the cylinder. He was in contact with S&W but they simply told him to just ry different ammo. He has tried several brands but the ejection problem persists.

Does anyone have any experience with this problem? Any solutions? And yes he is considering selling or trading as an option. Thanks.

Check around the web and you will see this is a known problem with the 940.  All he has to do to remedy this is too have the cylinder polished.  If he is looking to unload it send him my way have been trying to find a 940 for sometime.
