.25acp breechplug
« on: June 20, 2006, 02:18:02 PM »
I received my .25acp breechplug  (5/8") and when I try and close the barrel it won't lock up. It seems like the .25acp brass is to long. Do I need to trim the brass or what?  Please advise.

Thanks

Mine had directions to close a little harder the first time to form the front of the brass. Some of the brass did have a rough looking mouth and those I trimmed a little bit. Just make sure you don't have a burr or some crud between the face of the plug and the breech plug opening first.

Pharmboy make sure the plug is screwed all the way in.
