I just purchased a T3 varmint in .308 W/ a leupold 6.5x20 vxIII  it was used . I paid $800.00 ..It was such a good deal that I met the guy at the range to see how it shoots before I made the deal.. I'll tell you I'm impressed I put 6 rnds into 1 ragged hole a little bigger than a quarter. -Kevin

Welcome to the Tikka club!  Now you can see what all the fuss is about.  I sure wish Beretta hadn't bought them.  They stopped making left hand when they brought out the T3     I keep my eye open for used M595-695's now.  Best factory rifle I ever bought:

Hey Kevin!  Good to hear from ya!  I wondered where you went.  A lot of the guys from the old board are on the NEF board here.  I didn't think you made the trip. Keep in touch.  WDO

Gents would you use this firearm for a  300yd. shooter for mule deer?  I have thought about getting a 270WSM or a 270.  Has anyone shot this firearm and caliber?  I bought it at a gun shop new and have never shot it, about 3 years ago.   Thoughts?   Buckfever

WDO, I've got a LH Tikka also, & love it.  Its a .270 with a couple Montana mulies under its belt so far.  Do ya think they'll ever make the T3 in a LH?  Kinda like the looks of them.
