Question about hanger bars from Bullberry vs VVCG

Anyone out there know if they use the same type as in measurements as each other or are they different totally?  Just curious cause I noticed Bullberry sells rynite forends for there barrels and I wanted to know if it would work on a VVCG barrel?  Thanks for your time.
