I just bought an 870 od green exp. super mag. 12ga. 28"bbl. What type of finish is the od green will it hold up to weather, also the shotgun has the black syn. stock and forearm. My dealer stated that not many of this type 870 was made by Remington and it has been canceled for production with this type bbl.----------------------Thank's.

The finish will be fine. I believe the same green is used on some Police Magnum models.

Not sure but they look like they are in full prodution since they were on the new website is about about a week old.
