Greybeard: It's really very easy to determine the size of an object in a film or picture if you know the size of some other object in the film...If you stand next to a five foot high fence post, determining your height would be simple...AS for the P/G film, a forestry worker went to the film site a day after the filming..He found prints and took measurements and pictures..From that, scientists were able to determine the stride and weight of the creature...In the film, the creature is seen stepping over a stick..That stick was collected and measured..From that the creature's height was determined....
