Well the .280 arrived last week. Like 257 Roberts said in a past thread it does not have the high comb stock that my other 7400/7600's have. More of a field shotgun stock that puts you on the iron sights fast. I have not shot it yet but a bought a box of 150 grain and 165 grain Remington factory ammo. I hope to shoot it this weekend.

I am not going to scope this one at this time. I am going to leave it bone stock and use it for when doing deer drives. It has a great piece of wood and handles great. Well with my older son in college and the younger in private high school this is my last rifle for some time. The only reason I bought it was  because it was the last one I had seen for some time. One 7400 and four 7600's should keep any man happy. MIKE.
