Has anyone shot this rifle in 38/357?  Any comments would be appreciated.  What is your thoughts as a deer rifle using the 357 Pa. deer hunting?

Taurus Thunderbolt Rifles

Gort,
The Taurus Firearms sight does not have the User's Manual for these available yet. Indeed, they are not available in any stores here in the Twin Cities area of MN. I wanted to handle one, but now see that they are fairly heavy and long barreled. It almost appears that Taurus has made the Thunderbolt for the Cowboy Action shooting crowd. A visit to the Taurus internet page seems to bear this out. Fairly long, heavy rifles for a pistol cartridge hunting rifle in my opinion.
